Ramon, CONSERVE® Total Hip with BFH® Technology Recipient
Six years ago, Ramon began suffering from hip pain due to arthritis. His pain worsened over time and he became dependent on pain killers to manage his discomfort. Routine tasks such as entering his own home became a burden. It was too painful for Ramon to negotiate just a few steps up to his front door, so he had a wooden ramp built to make the climb less painful. Ramon withdrew from the activities he enjoyed most -- motorcycling and driving his truck -- because of the unbearable pain associated with getting onto/into his vehicles.
